Information Intelligence Lab
Clark Atlanta University | Department of Cyber-Physical Systems
The Information Intelligence Lab, directed by Dr. Kishor Datta Gupta, is an interdisciplinary research center at Clark Atlanta University focused on advancing the fields of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and intelligent data systems. The lab's work emphasizes the development of secure, explainable, and resilient AI technologies that can operate reliably in real-world, mission-critical environments.
Our current research includes:
- Physics-Guided Neural Networks (PGNNs) for interpretable and rule-aware learning
- Adversarial AI and federated learning for securing autonomous systems
- Multimodal data fusion for enhanced situational awareness
- Knowledge graph-based evaluation of generative AI and large language models
- Synthetic dataset generation for disaster response and intelligent healthcare systems
- Bias auditing and mitigation in AI-generated content
The lab collaborates with organizations such as the Air Force Research Lab (AFRL), National Science Foundation (NSF), and the U.S. Department of Education (DOED). We also engage graduate and undergraduate students in hands-on research through internships, mentoring, and national research showcases.
